Drama House Kennels was built with intention. We’re here to revive the quality that’s been forgotten producing XL Bullies that are more than hype. These dogs are athletic, capable, and bred with structure, drive, and function in mind. And behind every pup is a story.
Our foundation female came from the last of a line that was nearly lost rooted in size, structure, and loyalty. What began as family… became a mission.

We don’t rush sales we guide placements. Each buyer must complete a structured Waitlist Form, where we evaluate : Your preferred gender. and color, your household, experience, and goals

Our Process is Simple, Structured, and Designed to Protect Our Pups
Clean structure, clear heads, and pedigree behind every one. Picks are limited reserve while they last.
Step 1 & 2
1. Submit the Waitlist Form – Choose your preferred breeding and pick number. This tells us exactly what you’re looking for.
2. Get Approved & Receive the Contract – We review your form and send a custom contract for your selected pick with the full price, deposit terms, and deadlines.
Step 3 & 4
3. Lock in Your Spot
A $1,000 non-refundable deposit secures your pick. You’ll be entered into our system with full access to updates.
4. Final Payment & Puppy Pickup – Remaining balance is due by 8 weeks old. Picks are made by order. Transport or pickup can be scheduled after final payment.

Split your payments. Take your puppy home now.
We offer financing through Sweet Pay. Applications, approvals, and loan terms are handled directly by Sweet Pay.
If you’re purchasing an available puppy and paying the full purchase price, no separate deposit is required.
If you’d like to reserve a future puppy or pick position before completing your purchase, a $1,000 non-refundable deposit is required. That deposit is applied toward your total purchase price.
If you choose financing, it can be used for your remaining balance, subject to Sweet Pay’s approval and terms.
